Sizing advice: For a snug performance fit measure your feet and then add 2-3mm. If you prefer a comfort fit you can measure your feet and add 4-6mm. All inline liners will wear and break in over time.

The liner sizing is dual fit, simply remove the insole for the bigger size. These liners fit very snug and you may need to size up so measure up, choose your fit preference and refer to size chart.
