      Delivery times are estimates and based upon the carrier's timeframes. We do not take responsibility for parcels that are not delivered within the timeframe specified due to circumstances beyond our control.

      Orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible and for this reason we may not be able to accept any changes to your order after you have placed it. Please choose wisely, measure up and ask questions before ordering.

      Christmas/NY Season Delivery Times & Cut Offs

      We recommend sending your Christmas parcels as early as possible, and by the cut-off dates below, to help get them there in time for Christmas Day. 

      Regular Post order by December 14 to receive for Christmas.

      Express Post order by December 17 to receive for Christmas.

      Please note that during this time there may be delays with the post due to the number of public holidays. When placing your order please take into account that mail does not move on weekends and public holidays.

      Free Pick Up Option

      If you choose the Free Pick-Up In Store option please note that this option is dependant on in-store stock availability.

      When your order is ready to collect we will send you an email to confirm.

      Some of our items are Online Only - meaning we don't keep full stock in store.

      If you choose items that are not currently in stock or are Online Only we will contact you with further options including if you wish to wait for the item to arrive in store or whether you would like to pay for the item to be shipped to you or use the free shipping option (if applicable to your order).

      Postage Tracking

      We want you to get your goodies as soon as possible!

      Orders are usually picked and packed within 1-2 days and then posted out. We do not post out on weekends or public holidays.

      If you need something urgently please contact us so we can advise on a realistic delivery time.

      A tracking number will be sent to you so you can use this number to track your parcel.

      Please note that we do not track your parcel and we will not know if it is late or delayed.

      If your parcel has been sent out but has not arrived within the timeframe expected then you should first inform the carrier and instigate an investigation immediately by following the steps below.

      By informing the carrier they will know that the parcel is delayed and should be able to locate and deliver it.

      You can also inform us of the delay so we can submit an investigation too but please first inform the carrier as this is more likely to get your parcel moving again ASAP.

      International Shipping

      Please note we are in Australia and we don't ship internationally. We only ship Australia-wide. Please don't put an order thru with an international address as we will only cancel and refund the order.

      Tracking Your Order

      Please track your order regularly using the tracking number provided to you via email.

      That way you will know when it is getting close to being delivered or if delivery was attempted and the parcel is at your local post office.

      The tracking number is always sent to your provided email (so it's really important to provide us with an email that you currently use).

      Please make sure that you input your email details correctly as we quite often receive bounce back messages from customers who give us the wrong email or accidentally miss out a letter or a digit.

      If you don't receive an email from us confirming your order and with tracking information please check your junk folder or get in touch to confirm which email was used on checkout.

      If you have tracked your order and it does not arrive within the timeframe provided or you believe it is lost you should contact us immediately and notify the carrier.

      Shipping Cost

      To keep our shipping costs down we mainly ship via Courier for large/heavy orders or Australia Post (no signature) for small orders.

      We provide a tracking number for you to follow.

      Please use the tracking number to track your item so you can stay up to date.

      Costs are based on the size and weight of the package.

      To keep shipping costs down we generally do not post excess boxes or packaging.

      If you prefer to have your items shipped in boxes (ie a helmet box) please let us know and we will calculate the extra postage cost for you to pay.

      Shipping Time

      Please track your order regularly using the tracking number provided to you via email.

      Regular postage sent via Australia Post will usually take an approximate time of 5-10* business days (not including weekends or public holidays) once the item is sent. It depends where you live and there may be delays outside of our control.

      Express postage sent via Australia Post will usually take an approximate time of 1-7* business days (not including weekends or public holidays) once the item is sent. It depends where you live and there may be delays outside of our control.

      Estimated time for a parcel sent via courier is usually 5-15* business days (not including weekends or public holidays) however this can vary. It depends where you live and there may be delays outside of our control.

      Express postage orders to Perth addresses may be sent via Courier as shipping times are similar. 

      We cannot guarantee next day delivery but we will try our best to get your order out ASAP.

      Please note that these postage times are approximates only and can vary, for example if the address is in a remote area or if there is an unexpected delay from Australia Post or courier.

      If you do not receive a tracking number or if your parcel is not delivered within the timeframe provided please contact us immediately.

      Shipping Address

      Please ensure the postage address you have provided is a safe address and that someone will be there during the day to accept the parcel.

      We recommend a work address or a safe address where there is someone to accept the parcel at all times.

      Please track your parcel to ensure you will be around to accept the parcel.

      If you are not home, Australia Post will usually leave your parcel outside your door (or similar) or leave a card.

      Courier services will usually leave a collection card.

      Make sure you keep an eye on your parcel by tracking it regularly.

      Parcel Not Received Due To Theft

      Once an order has been delivered to the address that you have provided, we do not accept responsibility for any parcels that may be stolen from outside your home.

      We are a small business and cannot provide you with a free replacement.

      In the event of a stolen parcel, you will need to contact Australia Post or Courier direct and ask them to investigate the matter.

      Parcel Returned to Sender

      If you don't collect your parcel from a pick up point or Post Office within the designated timeframe it may be returned to us.

      Please contact us if this occurs and we can organise for it to be redelivered, we will let you know the re-delivery postage cost.

      Parcel Not Received Due To Postage Error

      If your parcel has been sent out but has not arrived within the timeframe provided and you believe it has been lost or a postage error has occurred please contact us immediately via email or phone.

      Do not wait for us to contact you as we do not track every order and we will not know if you do not tell us.

      The sooner that you inform us and report the issue to the carrier, the more likely that the item will be located and the quicker the issue can be resolved.

      Sign On Delivery

      If you do not have a safe address or work address please contact us for an alternative postage option such as courier or sign on delivery.

      Postage costs for extra services are usually a higher rate which you can choose to pay for.

      If you would like to request Sign on Delivery please include it in the notes on your order and we will send you the cost if required.

      Free and Express Options

      We also provide optional free regular shipping (*to an Australian address) for orders over $99.

      This means that we cover the cost of the shipping (one way) and we will choose the way an item is shipped. Estimated delivery time for free shipping is 7-11 business days via courier. There may be delays due to COVID so add a few days on top of this to be safe.

      If you need your order urgently please let us know at the time of order.

      If you are placing an order over $99 and would like to choose to pay for Express shipping (1-5 business days) instead there is an option provided.

      Return Postage

      If you need to return an item to exchange size, you will be responsible for paying for further shipping costs both ways (ie. from you to us and from us back to you).

      Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      No Postage - Sticks and Bags

      *We do not post hockey sticks and most skate bags due to size and weight restrictions. These items are pick up only. Free shipping is not included on items that we do not post.
