Due to COVID-19 Australia Post and Courier services have advised that their usual postage times are now being delayed due to an increased number of freight.
Please keep this in mind if you need something within a certain timeframe.
Orders are usually packed and sent within 1-3 days. Please factor that in if you need something urgently.
Contact us if you do have an urgent order so we can advise on realistic delivery time.
A tracking number will be sent.
Free Pick Up Option
If you choose the Free Pick-Up In Store option please note that this option is dependant on in-store stock availability.
When your order is ready to collect we will send you an email to confirm.
Some of our items are Online Only - meaning we don't keep full stock in store.
If you choose items that are not currently in stock or are Online Only we will contact you with further options including if you wish to wait for the item to arrive in store or whether you would like to pay for the item to be shipped to you or use the free shipping option (if applicable to your order).
Once you have processed and paid for your order please wait for email confirmation of pick up availability before coming to the store.
Tracking Your Order
Please track your order using the tracking number provided to you via email.
The tracking number is always sent to your provided email (so it's really important to provide us with an email that you currently use).
Please make sure that you input your email details correctly as we quite often receive bounce back messages from customers who give us the wrong email or accidentally miss out a letter or a digit.
If you don't receive an email from us confirming your order and with tracking information please check your junk folder or get in touch to confirm which email was used on checkout.
If your order does not arrive within the timeframe provided or you believe it is lost you should contact us immediately and notify the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and based upon the carrier's timeframes.
To keep our shipping costs down we mainly ship via Courier for large/heavy orders or Australia Post (no signature) for small orders.
We provide a tracking number for you to follow.
Please use the tracking number to track your item so you can stay up to date.
Costs are based on the size and weight of the package.
To keep shipping costs down we generally do not post excess boxes or packaging.
If you prefer to have your items shipped in boxes (ie a helmet box) please let us know and we will calculate the extra postage cost for you to pay.
Regular postage sent via Australia Post will usually take an approximate time of 5-7* business days (not including weekends or public holidays) once the item is sent.
Express postage sent via Australia Post will usually take an approximate time of 1-5* business days (not including weekends or public holidays) once the item is sent.
Estimated time for a parcel sent via Fastways courier is usually 5-11* business days (not including weekends or public holidays) however this can vary.
Express postage orders to Perth addresses may be sent via Courier as shipping times are similar.
We cannot guarantee next day delivery.
Please note that these postage times are approximates only and can vary, for example if the address is in a remote area or if there is an unexpected delay from Australia Post or Fastways.
If you do not receive a tracking number or if your parcel is not delivered within the timeframe provided please contact us immediately.
We do not take responsibility for parcels that are not delivered within the timeframe specified.
Please ensure the postage address you have provided is a safe address and that someone will be there during the day to accept the parcel.
We recommend a work address or a safe address where there is someone to accept the parcel at all times.
Please track your parcel to ensure you will be around to accept the parcel.
If you are not home, Australia Post will usually leave your parcel outside your door (or similar).
Courier services will leave a collection card.
Parcel Not Received Due To Theft
Once an order has been delivered to the address that you have provided, we do not accept responsibility for any parcels that may be stolen from outside your home.
We are a small business and cannot provide you with a free replacement.
In the event of a stolen parcel, you will need to contact Australia Post or Fastway Courier direct and ask them to investigate the matter.
Parcel Not Received Due To Postage Error
If your parcel has been sent out but has not arrived within the timeframe provided and you believe it has been lost or a postage error has occurred please contact us immediately via email or phone.
Do not wait for us to contact you as we do not track every order and we will not know if you do not tell us.
The sooner that you inform us and report the issue to the carrier, the more likely that the item will be located and the quicker the issue can be resolved.

Sign On Delivery
If you do not have a safe address or work address please contact us for an alternative postage option such as courier or sign on delivery.
Postage costs for extra services are usually a higher rate which you can choose to pay for.
If you would like to request Sign on Delivery please include it in the notes on your order and we will send you the cost if required.
Free and Express Options
We also provide optional free regular shipping (*to an Australian address) for orders over $99.
This means that we cover the cost of the shipping (one way) and we will choose the way an item is shipped. Estimated delivery time for free shipping is 5-11 business days via courier.
If you need your order urgently please let us know at the time of order.
If you are placing an order over $99 and would like to choose to pay for Express shipping (1-4 business days) instead there is an option provided.
If you need to return an item to exchange size, you will be responsible for paying for further shipping costs both ways (ie. from you to us and from us back to you).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
No Postage - Sticks and Bags
*We do not post hockey sticks and most skate bags due to size and weight restrictions. These items are pick up only. Free shipping is not included on items that we do not post.
