      Exchanges

      Items can be exchanged for a different size or type as long as they are unused, unworn and in brand new condition.

      Pads, helmets and skates can be exchanged for a different size or style if they don't fit.

      Any returns or exchanges should be organised within 30 days of receiving your order.

      Please don't use the skates or items as marked or damaged skates and wheels cannot be exchanged. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.

      If you return items to us and they do not meet these requirements (ie. they have been used) they will be returned to you and no exchange will be provided.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanges and returns.

      Returns

      If you need to return a product for a different size or warranty claim please contact us via email at hello@luckyskates.com.au.

      Any returns or exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receiving your order.

      Returns should be organised via email, we do not accept social media requests for returns.

      Size Swap: In the event that we do not have the size you require you can choose to either exchange for a different product OR receive a store credit.

      Return items must be in completely brand new condition.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanges and returns.

      Refunds

      We do not provide a refund if you simply change your mind, don't want the products or choose incorrectly (wrong size/fit).

      So please choose carefully before committing to a purchase, especially if it is a gift.

      This is in keeping with Australian consumer laws which you can read more about here.

      You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.

      Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.

      Changes and Cancellations

      We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be accepted as we are picking and packing orders as fast as possible but we will do our best.

      Final Sale Stock

      All FINAL SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind or incorrect choice.

      Warranty

      All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

      Most warranties for skates and skate gear are between 30 to 90 days or up to one year but it depends on the brand and product.

      Warranties cover defects in material and workmanship but not damage from use, wear and tear, neglect, falls or accidents.

      Labour and shipping costs are not covered by any warranty.

      In addition, all products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

      Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

      Customers are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

      Shipping

      To return your product for warranty or exchange, you must first email us to confirm.

      If exchanging for a different size or colour please include this info in your email.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanges and returns (this includes if you choose a different product to swap to).

      After emailing us then mail your product to the address provided via email.

      Shipping costs are non-refundable.
