    Items can only be exchanged for a different size or type if they are unused, unworn and in their original packaging.

    Pads, helmets and skates can be exchanged for a different size if they don't fit.

    To ensure the right fit first time please consult the sizing chart and make sure you measure.

    Please don't use the skates as marked or damaged skates and wheels cannot be exchanged.

    Please carefully unpack items and keep all packaging until you are sure they are a good fit. Postage charges for items exchanged will be charged to the customer.

    All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

    Most warranties for skates and skate gear are between 30 to 90 days but it depends on the product.

    Warranties cover defects in material and workmanship but not damage from use, neglect or accidents.

    Labour and shipping costs are not covered by any warranty.

    In addition, all products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

    Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

    Customers are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

    To return your product for warranty or exchange, you should first email us to confirm.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
