All returns must be authorised by Lucky Skates prior to being returned.

Please note we do not provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind, don't want the products or choose incorrectly.
Returns should be organised via email.
Items can only be exchanged for a different size or type if they are completely unused, unworn, in brand new condition and in their original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanges and returns (this includes if you choose a different product to swap to).

Refunds
We do not provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind, don't want the products or choose incorrectly.
So please choose carefully before committing to a purchase, especially if it is a gift.
This is in keeping with Australian consumer laws which you can read more about here.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.
Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.

Any returns or exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receiving your order - this timeframe will be extended for Xmas gifts to 90 days.
So please choose carefully before committing to a purchase, especially if it is a gift.

Size Swap: In the event that we do not have the size you require you can choose to either exchange for a different product OR receive a store credit.
Return items must be in completely brand new condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanges and returns (this includes if you choose a different product to swap to).
Exchanges
Items can only be exchanged for a different size or type if they are unused, unworn, in brand new condition and in their original packaging.
Pads, helmets and skates can be exchanged for a different size if they don't fit.
Any exchanges should be completed within 30 days of receiving your order.
To ensure the right fit first time please consult the sizing chart and make sure you measure.
Please don't use the skates or items as marked or damaged skates and wheels cannot be exchanged.
Please carefully unpack items and keep all packaging until you are sure they are a good fit.
Postage charges for items exchanged will be charged to the customer.
Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.
If you return items to us and they do not meet these requirements (ie. they have been used) they will be returned to you and no exchange will be provided.

Changes and Cancellations
During the Holiday Season we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be accepted as we are picking and packing orders as fast as possible but we will do our best.
Final Sale Stock
All FINAL SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind or incorrect choice.
Warranty
All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
Most warranties for skates and skate gear are between 30 to 90 days or up to one year but it depends on the brand and product.
Warranties cover defects in material and workmanship but not damage from use, wear and tear, neglect, falls or accidents.
Labour and shipping costs are not covered by any warranty.
In addition, all products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Customers are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

Shipping
To return your product for warranty or exchange, you must first email us to confirm.
If exchanging for a different size or colour please include this info in your email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanges and returns (this includes if you choose a different product to swap to).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping cost to the store will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
