Size: S, M, L, XL 
Fit: Measure circumference at wrist joint and refer to size chart. These are a very snug fitting style. Generally speaking, the most common size for women is an M or L, the most common size for men is a L or XL. The S is a good fit for those with smaller hands or as a junior wrist guard.

Tip: If your measurements are in-between the sizes shown or you’re simply in doubt, 187 strongly recommend sizing up to the larger size. 187 have found over the years that customers do better when they choose the larger size.
