Jam plugs are great for jam skating, skating without toe stops, roller dancing and for rinks that require plugs.
Fits standard 5/8" roller skates (most skates - except Roll Line plates and bolt in plates)
Don't want toe stops?
Simply take your toe stop out and pop a jam plug in.
