Measurement Instructions for TSG Roller Derby 3.0 Knee Pads, TSG All Ground Knee Pads and TSG Force Knee Pads.
1. Use a tape measure or a piece of string and a ruler to measure your knee circumference at the thigh and calf points shown in the diagrams below.
2. Then check the size charts to find the size that is closest to your measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend going up to the next size - remember you can always tighten.
PRO TIP: If your measurements are in-between the sizes shown or you’re simply in doubt, we strongly recommend sizing up to the larger size. We have found over the years that customers do better when they choose the larger size.

This pad is made from durable Cordura, has surround padding and a hardcore cap so that Jono can ride Games ramps safely with confidence.
For ultimate protection TSG minimised movement, putting an anti shift silicone print on the liner and fastened it with two adjustable neoprene butterfly straps for pro level hold.
